The objection raised by the stamp reporter about the maintainability of the present civil review application is upheld. CWJC No. 18217 of 2008 was essentially dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 02.08.2016. Hence, the present civil review application is not maintainable and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioners to file any other appropriate petition for grant of any other appropriate relief(s) to them either before this Court or before any other appropriate forum/court/authority. (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) Tahir/- U
