2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 1234 of 2022 arising out of Patahi P.S. Case No. 122 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the son of the deceased and he is said to killed his own father.

4. Petitioner is in jail since 13.06.2022.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
