The petitioner has questioned his transfer to Saharsa inter alia on grounds of difficulty in participating in the disciplinary proceedings and availability of post at Patna itself, for accommodation.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the materials on record, I find no merit surviving in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16676 of 2017 (4) dt.11-01-2018 grievance raised in the writ petition in view of the accommodation granted by the respondents in bringing the petitioner from Saharsa to Darbhanga to facilitate his participation in the disciplinary proceedings.
The writ petition is disposed of.
