The matter has been listed under the heading "For Orders" under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The following relief(s) have been sought for in the present writ application:
"[A] For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to pay all death/retiral dues of petitioner's husband namely Late Md.
Patna High Court CWJC No.18994 of 2017(2) dt.28-05-2020 2/3 Nazir who was an employee of Food Corporation of India and was posted as H.L. Gange No. 13 at Food Corporation of India, District office Juran Chapra Muzaffarpur and has died in harness on 26-11-2010 in a road accident.
[B] For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to provide the calculation chart which is the basis of calculation of dues of petitioner's husband namely Late Md. Nazir who was an employee of Food Corporation of India and was posted as H.L. Gange No. 13 at Food Corporation of India, District office Juran Chapra Muzaffarpur and has died in harness on 26-11-2010 in a road accident.
[C] For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to pay the admissible interest on the admitted dues of petitioner's husband namely Late Md.
Nazir who was an employee of Food Corporation of India and was posted as H.L. Gange No. 13 at Food Corporation of India, District office Juran Chapra Muzaffarpur and has died in harness on 26-11-2010 in a road accident, because of such a delayed

Considering the relief(s) sought for, the petitioner is directed to make/file a representation before respondent No. 3 for redressal of her grievance within a period of four weeks from today.
The respondent No. 3 shall pass a final order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing/making of such representation. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
