The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No.107 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the informant has produced a copy of the order dated 26.06.2020 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 6997 of 2020 by which prayer for anticipatory bail of similarly situated coaccused, namely, Vidyakishor Ram @ Vidya Kishor Ram has been rejected
