2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner is a woman and has clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned court below in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the BNSS.
