The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of demanding extortion through the Mobile and giving life threatening. Though F.I.R., was lodged against unknown but the name of the petitioner sprang up on his own confession that he assisted the accused persons in getting Sim Card of the Mobile on the basis of the forged documents.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and only on suspicion accusation has been levelled and co-accused with similar accusation Md. Anjar has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 51779

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014.
