Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application after being informed that the cause title of the bail application don't contain the present address of the petitioner. However, the address is the same, which has been mentioned in the complaint by the complainant. In these circumstances, learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to utilize the certified copy of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14147 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 the impugned order and the FIR for filing fresh application giving correct address of the petitioner where he resides.
3. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is permitted to file fresh bail application giving correct information with respect to the address of the petitioner.
4. The office is directed to allow the petitioner to utilize the certified copy of the impugned order and the FIR for filing fresh application giving correct address of the petitioner where he resides.
5. Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed of.
