The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2014 registered under Sections 279, 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.

However, in this case charge sheet has been submitted for offence under Section 304 of Indian Penal Code, though, occurrence took place after being collision between motorcycle and cycle by which the uncle of informant fell down and there was some altercation. However, on intervention of local people the matter was settled. Thereafter, when the uncle of the informant proceeded towards the house of the petitioner then he assaulted the uncle of the informant by which he got unconscious and died. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 22.08.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj
