The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 423 of 2020 dated 19.10.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. A FIR was registered for the offence of snatching of mobile telephone from a morning walker. The mobile was recovered from the possession of one Golu Kumar, who is said to have made his confession naming many other accused persons. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of one Kundan Kumar that the petitioner used to purchase and sale of stolen mobile telephone.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 423 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
