The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 139 of 2013, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 354, 302, 448, 504, 506, 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The role attributed to the petitioner is that he caught hold of the victim and one Sagir and Jabbar assaulted the victim by bricks by which he succumbed to injury.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Nauhartta P.S. Case No. 139 of 2013.
