Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(a)-For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to pay the total admitted dues of Rs. 3500000.00( Rupees thirty five lacks only) with 15% interest to the petitioner for arrange Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Tea and Drinking water etc for employee engaged in Bihar

(b) For issuance of a appropriate writ directing the Respondent authorities if any return the security deposit paid by the petitioner and for any other relief(s) for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case." After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not to be in favour with the submissions made across the Bar, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and/or take recourse to such other alternative remedies, equally efficacious in law. Permission granted.

We are sure that as and when any such proceedings are initiated, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
