JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against petitioner is that he made attempt to abduct minor girl but could not succeed in his attempt. Admittedly, the victim has already returned to her home and there is two days delay in lodging the first information report.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge (POSCO), Aurangabad.
