JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Dhangain P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(d) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It is alleged that 10-15 kg of mahua flower was recovered from the house of the co-accused Govind Bhuiyan. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Dhangain P.S.
