Considering the recovery of full-fledged Arms from the possession of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is dismissed. However, if the trial of the petitioner (Vikash Kumar Singh) is not concluded within a period of one year from the date he was remanded to custody in this case, the petitioner shall be free to renew his prayer for bail before the trial Court and the trial Court shall admit the petitioner to bail on furnishing a bail bond to its own satisfaction in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No.333 of 2014 pending in the Court of Sri Anand Kumar Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
