Patna High Court LPA No.698 of 2017 dt.02-04-2018 2/2 Keeping in view the fact that the petition filed by the petitioner for extension of the contract appointment was dismissed by the learned Writ Court finding that the petitioner has approached the Court after the selection process has started and there was no report of the petitioner having participated in the process of selection against the advertisement, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter.
