2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 427, 353, 332, 452, 458, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Prevention to Damage of Public Property Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., attacked and ransacked Kursela Police Station and also damaged public property. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory
