2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 10.650 KG of ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in jail since 04.03.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no antecedent of similar nature, therefore, the petitioner deserve bail.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the huge recovery of ganja, I am
