2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party/s informs that the steps have already been taken in respect of payment and some part payment is pending.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, I find that there is no wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.05.2023 passed in CWJC No. 6390 of 2021. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may avail appropriate remedy if he is still aggrieved for non-payment under any head of terminal benefits.

4. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is consigned.
