====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.
Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 323, 354(A), 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that this petitioner snatched a mobile phone worth Rs. 15,000/- from the son of the informant by entering into the house of the informant. On protest, the petitioner caught the informant by her hair, threw her on the ground and disrobed her.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to petty dispute between the parties, a scuffle took place and taking advantage of the situation, this false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioner.

No.10865 of 2023(2) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P. S. Case No. 1024 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
