2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 164 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code; 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Unknown criminals committed dacoity. The involvement of the petitioner has come during investigation. The petitioner is in jail since 14.03.2023. He is accused in 10 similar and serious cases.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation and the antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
