The grievance of the petitioner is that she is B.Ed. but the respondents have not included her name in the category of trained teacher. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed representation on 16.12.2016 before the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Muzaffarpur for rectification of the mistake committed by the respondents in excluding her name in the category of trained teacher.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer to examine

Patna High Court CWJC No.9024 of 2017(3) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 the record and if it is found that the petitioner is B.Ed. and her name was wrongly excluded from the list of trained teacher, corrective measure may be taken within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt production of a copy of this order.
