1. The learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.09.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.3553 of 2020, the matter was examined by the authorities of the Patna Municipal Corporation and thereafter, a vigilance case bearing Vigilance Case No.67 B/2022 has been initiated against the private respondent no.7, wherein show cause notice has also been
Patna High Court MJC No.336 of 2023(4) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 issued and the said case would also be concluded, forthwith.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the concerned authority be directed to dispose off the aforesaid vigilance case within a stipulated time frame.
3. Accordingly, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present petition, while directing the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid Vigilance Case No.67 B/2022, within a period of six months from today.
