The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Digha P. S. Case No. 488 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 279, 419, 420, 467 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The recovery is from the shop of the petitioner. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgement of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9729 of 2022(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)].
