JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-01-2018 The parties are in agreement that reliefs have been granted to the petitioner vide office order no. 39 dated 12.04.2017 passed by the Executive Engineer, Public Health Division, Muzaffarpur, hence the entire grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the consequential benefits have not been provided to him. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the consequential benefits arising out of the office order no. 39 dated 12.04.2017 be given to the petitioner within a period of four weeks, if not already paid.
