Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that an enquiry was held in the matter of irregularity/malpractice for selection and appointment of Talimi Markaj. He submits that the District Magistrate, Supaul was apprised of the illegality, but no action was taken. He submits that as a result of inaction on the part

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation enclosing the report, which contains finding as to the illegality in engagement of Talimi Markaj. In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order, the District Magistrate, Supaul will take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
