JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a remedy of appeal against the order of punishment dated 05.01.2018, hence the petitioner be permitted to file appropriate appeal before the competent authority.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the competent authority within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such an appeal is filed by the petitioner herein, the competent authority shall consider the same on merits and dispose of the same by a reason and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner herein.

It is directed that in the meantime, till the disposal of the appeal, no recovery shall be made from the petitioner herein. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) rinkee/- U
