1. Though the present petition has been filed for restoring a petition bearing Cr. Misc. No.45303 of 2019, which was filed for grant of anticipatory bail, in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.224 of 2017, under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code, however, considering the fact that the present restoration petition has been filed after a delay of almost 4 years, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a bail petition afresh. Liberty so sought is granted.
