2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are alleged to have killed the boyfriend of one Sangeeta Kumari by assaulting him. They are in jail since 26.09.2023.

4. Considering this case to be a case of Honour killing, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
