The petitioner has the only grievance, which has raised in the present writ application that the respondents are not issuing rent receipts, in respect of the land, which he legally holds.

The petitioner has a remedy under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 (in short 'the Act'), to make an application before the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, which he has apparently not done. This application is disposed of with a liberty to the

If he does so, the Court expects the concerned authority to dispose of the petitioner's claim, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated under the Act.
