He filed a fresh vakalatnama in which his name is there alongwith earlier advocate Mrs. Prabha Singh. Counsel further submits that his soft copy of vakalatnama with proof of filing before the Registry may be accepted in the Court itself. The vakalatnama filed by Mr. Pravashankar Mishra is hereby accepted and kept on record.
