JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, to revoke the suspension of the arms license of the petitioner bearing Arms License No. 46/05, which was suspended vide order dated 21.10.2010, however, it is submitted that since the final order has not been passed till date, the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, be directed to pass the final order within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, to pass the final order within a period of four weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
