JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with C-III 9 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is recovery of 55.4 litres of foreign liquor from the petitioner while he was hiding the same in the lane. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated only on suspicion and he is in custody since 15.1.2020, having no criminal antecedent and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6864 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Siwan, in connection with C-III 9 of 2010 on the condition that he has to co-operate in the investigation, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
