Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are minors and therefore, he wants to withdraw this bail application with a view to file an application for declaring the petitioners as juvenile.

In the bail petition, the age of the petitioners has been mentioned as 22 and 21 years respectively. 4.

This bail application is permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to move before the Juvenile Justice Board for declaring them as juvenile. 5.

Before deciding the application of the petitioners, the Juvenile Justice Board will take into account the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12093 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 statement of the mother of the petitioner no.1 on oath that the petitioners are 22 and 21 years of age.

Accordingly, this bail application is disposed of as withdrawn.
