JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 303 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act and Section 414 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that from the possession of the petitioner one loaded pistol is alleged to have been recovered. The petitioner has remained in custody since 2.10.2018.

Considering the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the instant case and the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly four months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
