JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with case No. C2/774/19, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 23.700 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for two months, as such there is no of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
