JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2021 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 11.9.2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Banka whereby and whereunder the PDS license of the petitioner bearing license no. 45 of 2012 has been cancelled, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted, at the outset, that the legal heir of the original licensee i.e. the petitioner herein is pursuing the appeal filed by the original licensee bearing appeal no. 712 of 2019-2020 before the District Magistrate, Banka, hence, the District Magistrate, Banka be directed to dispose of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5586 of 2021(2) dt.04-10-2021 2/2 the said appeal filed by the father of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the RespondentState, Sri Upendra Pratap Singh (AC to SC-4), has got no objection, in case the appeal is directed to be expedited.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Banka, to dispose of the aforesaid miscellaneous appeal no. 712 of 2019-2020, by a speaking and a reasoned order, within a period of six weeks, if not already disposed of.
