Petitioner has been caught from the spot after committing the crime and the stolen money of Rs. 49,000/- (forty nine thousand) of the informant was recovered from him along with a master key, just after the occurrence. There is clear evidence of linking the petitioner with the offence.

In view of the same, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Siwan Town P. S. Case No. 223 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, is hereby rejected. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J.) SKM/- U
