JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Supply Appeal No.60 of 2016 is pending before the District Magistratecum-Collector, Gaya for more than the statutory period since the year 2016. Learned counsel prays for a direction to the District Magistrate, Gaya to dispose of the statutory appeal within a time frame.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to that. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is being disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Gaya (respondent no.2) to consider and dispose of the Supply Appeal No.60 of 2016 by a reasoned order within a period of 60 days from the date of
