The limited prayer of the petitioner is to direct the District Magistrate, Patna, to dispose off the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license dated 11.12.2019. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Patna, to dispose off the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2019, if the same has not already been disposed off by passing a reasoned order within a period of 12 weeks from today.
