JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-04-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to deduct the amounts of Rs. 50,953/- against the agreement no. F-2-23/13-14 and Rs. 1,56,634/- against agreement no. F201/14-15 from the bills as there was no delay on the part of the petitioner in completion of the contract works.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

3. Having regard to the nature of grievance, the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal for redressal of his grievances.

4. It is made clear that in case such an appeal is filed, the
