Heard the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner, Shri Shashi Bhushan Kumar and the learned counsel for the respondentState, Ms. Shilpa Singh, G.A. 12, assisted by Ms. Abhanjali, Advocate.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking the following reliefs:- "i) For quashing the memo no. 38 dated 13.01.2015 (which part relates to the petitioner) issued by the Director, Primary Education, whereby and where-under the promotion of the petitioner has been cancelled.

ii) To further direct the respondent authority to grant the consequential benefit to the petitioner with her earlier promotion dated 26.02.2010." The Ld. Counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Rama Shankar Patel Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors, reported in 2019 (3) PLJR 1291. In such view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Full Bench Judgment rendered in the case of Rama Shankar Patel (supra).

The respondents are directed to pay all the consequential benefits, strictly in accordance with the judgment of the Full Bench, as aforesaid, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Tiwary/-
