2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 406 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 87 of the B.N.S. and Section 8, 12 of POCSO Act, 2012.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim.

4. It is contended by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the victim had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2024.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the informant has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7571 of 2025(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the girl was not major and in the medical report it has come that the victim is 19 years old.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the victim, who is on the verge of attaining majority, has eloped with the petitioner and got married to the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI Cum Special Exclusive Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad, Bihar /concerned Court below in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 406 of 2024.
