JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that on the order of this petitioner, the informant was assaulted by Raja Singh and Sonu Singh, which led to fracture of leg.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is case and counter case and the parties have entered into compromise (Annexure-3).

Case No. 159 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
