2. Petitioner prays for payment of CPF amount which was deducted from his salary while he was in service as Mate. The claim is for the period 03.09.1977 to 30.04.1991.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent No. 5 and 6 stating therein that an amount of Rs. 88,631/- has been calculated by the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Ara vide letter No. 1754 dated 27.11.2018, as contained in Annexure R/1 and the said amount has been sent

Patna High Court CWJC No.10219 of 2018(3) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 to the District Treasury Officer, Bhojpur, Ara for payment.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Treasury Officer, Bhojpur, Ara to credit the said amount in the account of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
