The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No.240 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 109, 103, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

The petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. He is in custody since 13.10.2024 having clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased and he is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8061 of 2025(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 13.10.2024, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran / concerned Court below, in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No.240 of 2024.
