JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 11-04-2017 The grievance of the petitioner in this petition filed in public interest is that there is an encroachment on a public road at Baya Chauk in district Sitamarhi and inspite of complaint made vide Annexure-3 to the competent authority, no action has been taken. Keeping in view the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, it is directed that on the petitioner filing the certified copy of this order along with relevant documents including a copy of representation (Annexure-3) before the competent statutory authority
Patna High Court CWJC No.620 of 2017 dt.11-04-2017 2/2 under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, the statutory authority shall proceed to take action in accordance to law. In case the statutory authority is already ceased of the matter, he shall conclude the same in accordance to law after hearing all concerned within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
