The petitioner is lodged in custody since 12.05.2015 in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 registered under sections 354 (A), 354 (B) and 504 IPC. The allegation, in substance, is that while the informant was at the door, the petitioner caught her hand and pulled her. A Hulla was raised and she could be saved. The contention of he petitioner is that the present one is a counter-blast of Hisua P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015 registered on 09.04.2015 under sections 384 and 307 IPC by the petitioner against the son of the informant of the present case. He has no criminal antecedent.

No.52131 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 Considering the above, I direct release of the petitioner above named on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Nawada in Hisua P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. In the event of framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. Failure in appearance on two consecutive dates, shall lead to cancellation of his bail bonds.
