JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., petitioner is said to be the brother of the deceased and the dead body of the deceased was found in front of Basa hanging on a tree. It is alleged that due to the land dispute, he was implicated in this case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no land dispute between them and petitioner is falsely implicated in this case due to enmity by the informant. As appeared in the post mortem report, the deceased died due to hanging. Petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2019 and charge-

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Uda Kishunganj, District- Madhepura, in connection with Alamnagar P.
