=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State; J.P. University and B.R.A. Bihar University.

2. It is common ground at the Bar that substantially the retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off giving liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the University concerned with regard to any further payment, which may have been left unpaid.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off

Patna High Court CWJC No.10425 of 2017 dt.03-04-2018 2/2 with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the Registrar of the concerned University with regard to any grievance which still remains relating to admitted retiral benefits not having been paid to the petitioner. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the Registrar of the concerned University shall get the same enquired into and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If it transpires that any further amount is required to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
